Accreditation of Practical Knowledge
The Accreditation of Practical Knowledge concludes Scrum Movement I. The participants have successfully and reflectively applied their knowledge in their teams.
Accreditation of Practice
The Accreditation of Practice concludes the Scrum Movement II. The participants already have 2 years of experience and have combined and compared it with the new knowledge. They apply it successfully and reflectively in their teams.
Scrum Mentor
After successful participation in a Movement program, participants can become mentors for subsequent programs.

Small Group Learning
A Movement program can comprise one or more learning groups with 3-5 participants.
Selforganisation
The learning content is developed in a self-organized manner and accompanied by feedback, reflection and adapted learning assignments.
Coaching & Mentoring
All participants receive 1:1 mentoring and regular, supervised group sessions.
IN PARALLEL WITH WORK
The Movement runs for 6 months alongside work and enables sustainable integration of what has been learned.
